01 · Roof trusses
Every truss is pressed to an engineered MiTek design at an ITC-SA approved plant, for single houses and 200-unit developments alike.
SABS-approved structural timber, cut and plated to the design. Fink, mono, hip and valley roofs for homes, extensions and commercial buildings.
Light-gauge steel for clear spans of 20 to 35 metres, or where the specification or fire rating calls for steel.
Warehouses, factories, churches and school halls, with bolted and laminated-beam construction and escorted oversize transport.
Turn roof space into a room, or add insulation depth at the eaves.
Feature trusses left on show, and multi-pitch roofs with complex valleys.
Designed and fabricated alongside the roof.
02 · Design and engineering
Every roof leaves our design office as engineering, not an estimate. Bring us in early and we will design and cost the roof package for free, before a spade turns.
Every type of sheeted and tiled roof covering, plus all sundries from wall plate up, supplied with the trusses so the whole roof comes from one order.
Accredited installation, sheeting and tiling teams. Truss Master is an ITC-SA member as both fabricator and erector, and completed roofs are certified as required.
Every plant runs its own trucks: 8 and 12-ton rigids and horse-and-trailer combinations, with specialist transport for oversize long spans. Regular deliveries into Mozambique and eSwatini.
06 · Construction services
Truss Master also builds. Our project managers, quantity surveyors, engineers and site teams take projects from planning to handover, with the roof done in-house. Our track record includes RDP housing, schools, civil works and public-sector projects.
